Terms of use
Entries:
(1) Basic entries are free with us!
(2) No entries are made to right-wing, discriminatory or legally or morally questionable sites, including sites with illegal content, software cracks, warez, etc.
This restriction also applies to pages that contain links or advertisements to such pages.
(3) Unfinished presences (construction sites), presences with no correct content (banner farms) and pages that open a dialer or more than one pop-up window when accessed are not included or are subsequently deleted.
Premium entries:
(1) Optically highlighted entries - premium entries or business entries - prices start here from EUR 399,95.
(2) If the amount has not been received on our account after 7 working days at the latest, the entry will be activated as a basic entry.
(3) If for whatever reason the entry cannot be activated after the amount has been paid, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days.
(4) Premium entries or business entries can only be made for our business directory. Activation of the entry in the yellow pages that are connected to the branch network is only possible as a basic entry.
Reachability:
(1) For technical reasons, no guarantee can be given that our website or the entries it contains will be available at all times.
Reservation:
(1) The operator reserves the right to reject and / or delete entries without giving reasons. There is no right to activate an entry.
(2) The operator also reserves the right to change or shorten entries or to publish them in a category other than the selected category.
Liability:
(1) The operator is only liable without restriction for intent and gross negligence, otherwise only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
(2) The operator assumes no liability for disruptions that are not at fault with regard to the functioning of the network or its own offer.
(3) Insofar as the operator's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to his representatives and vicarious agents.
Finally: an offer like ours can only work with the cooperation of the users. We therefore ask you to report irregular entries and no longer accessible links to us.

Scope of application
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions are part of every contract between the Firmenregio.com Internet platform (Firmenregio.com) and for commercial persons (customers/users).
Contract
(1) The contract in the form of an agency contract Internet platform (Firmenregio.com) between the operator and tradesmen / customers comes through the registration of the user in accordance with the specified electronic procedure, specifying the data required for the conclusion of the contract and the subsequent acceptance of the contract by sending the (registration) confirmation by e-mail by the operator (Firmenregio.com).
(2) The operator reserves the right to reject and delete a registration in individual cases.
Costs
(1) Firmenregio.com will charge fees for: (Top Gallery "Company Entry", as well as Premium and Business access).
(2) Firmenregio.com will be for the use of our chargeable services incurred costs pointed out.
(3) Basic account: 0,- EUR, Premium account: 399,95 EUR for 1 Year, Business account 895,95 EUR for 2 Years
Payment types
(1) Payment methods at Firmenregio.com accepts only bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal for use (Top Gallery "Company Entry", as well as Premium and Business access)
Duties
(1) When registering, the trader/customer must provide the required data completely and truthfully to the operator. Firmenregio.com will verify the changes, if the business/customer has already been verified by us, then this will be automatically saved by you without verification.
(2) Please send us a copy of your identity card, passport, business registration or the extract from the commercial register, after successful comparison of your data with the transmitted document, we classify your company as verified.
(3) The user is responsible for all content produced and published by him or via his password identification. However, liability will only be accepted if the user is solely at fault.
Termination
(1) Terms and conditions/terms of use on the internet platform Firmenregio.com and the commercial/customer is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
(2) The contract may be terminated by either party at any time without notice. In the event that the Professional/Customer has a paid "Premium, Business" access at the time of the notice of termination, the notice of termination shall become effective at the time when this entry with Premium or Business option expires.
Data protection
(1) Regarding data protection, the data protection information Internet platform Firmenregio.com applies.
Liability
(1) Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort, are excluded against Firmenregio.com and against the commercial/customer, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for indirect damages and consequential damages resulting from the use, due to malfunction or loss of performance is excluded.
(2) Firmenregio.com (as business directory operator & company listing) may change, restrict or discontinue the scope and functionality of the marketplace at any time. The business directory portal "Firmenregio.com" may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work. This may result in data loss. In this context Firmenregio.com assumes no liability.
